My Story

This aspiring career all started back in 1989 when I got my first taste of marketing through a small local New Jersey newspaper then called, The Mainland Journal.
From humble beginnings I started out answering phones and was later rewarded with handling inside sales for their Marketing Department. This quickly transcended into putting actual ads together that I had telecommuted to local businesses. I still remember with fond exhilaration how fortunate I was to have that opportunity and to see my efforts through to fruition in printed ads for my local paper.
Once I moved on to the state's largest newspaper, The Press of Atlantic City, formerly The Atlantic City Press, printing and publishing was in the blood as I continued pursuing my Marketing and Customer Service careers respectively.
I began to appreciate the role of a customer service agent as it sharpened my skills for focusing on customer needs and satisfaction.
I know the value of hard work, good ethics, attention to detail and perseverance. I bring many excellent qualities within those boundaries and always have a think outside the box mentality that works every time in my order of progression. I care deeply about people, especially for those who are unable to speak for themselves! So this is my shout out to everyone, with special fondness to all of the Seniors, Deaf Communities and our youth who need our focus to be on their continued wellness.
