It could be as simple as changing your schedule to include a new hobbie. Taking some time out for a family activity that has been tossed to the side because of your ever increasing life style. Maybe you have decided that you need a change of pace because you no longer have any "free Time". Or you feel locked into a job that feels more like torture because it offers zero fulfillment. Whatever it is, start today by writing down what would actually make you happy.
Take a realistic view of how to make it happen. Seeing is believing so when you write it down you are more apt to formulate the writing into the doing. Like so many other things that have to be done in life rush, rush, rush seems to be the word of the day. Don't rush through this.
Think deeply about what you want. This is about you and no one else for the moment.
Tapping into your own capabilities starts with knowing who you are.
We get so shrouded with family and career responsibilities that we forget about us as individuals. It's alright to take that time. Sometimes selfishness is a good thing when it helps you grow mentally, physically and spiritually.
You will find that writing things down becomes a promise you want to keep. Something you must do in order to succeed and feel fulfilled. I am counting on you to make this happen. Setting goals for a better life. Making decisions to energize your well being. Writing down step by step what you want without getting caught up in time frames. That will come later as you see the need to make good on what you have written down.
Let me know how you are doing with your efforts. I know you can do this.
As promised, more writing tips are forthcoming. I just felt it was noteworthy to address this point as some have contacted me with excellent feedback on how they need to feel motivated when it comes to writing and making other lifestyle choices.
We will discuss more soon-
